Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Orders must meet one of the following requirements to proceed to checkout:
- A minimum of 5 trays, or
- A minimum order value of €20
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your preferred microgreens to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed and payment is completed, we will prepare it for delivery.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order.
Can I return a product?
If your order arrives damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible and include a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging.
Once the damage has been verified, we will arrange to send a replacement box at no additional cost.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver within Portugal.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, invoices are automatically emailed after purchase.
